Plant Manager | Rockford, IL
The Plant Manager position will be a pivotal senior leadership role within a successful, privately owned organization poised for growth. The Plant Manager will leverage their deep expertise in Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement to shape strategic direction, elevate operational performance, and make a lasting impact on the organization's future.

Description
- Oversight of P&L statements
- Drive Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Interfacing with quality, engineering, manufacturing, materials, and sales departments to ensure product accuracy
- Manage and track KPIs (safety, quality, efficiency, OTD)
Profile
- Experience overseeing 100+ employees
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Metals manufacturing experience
- High-volume manufacturing experience
Job Offer
- Base salary up to $210,000 based on experience
- 401(k) matching

- 15% annual bonus potential
- 3+ weeks of PTO
