Description

The Manufacturing Manager will report directly into the Director of Engineering, and you will be responsible for:

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and efficiency goals are met.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
• Lead, mentor, and train production teams to maintain a high-performance work culture.
• Monitor and enforce safety regulations, ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain consistent product quality and resolve production issues.
• Manage production schedules, inventory levels, and raw material usage to meet demand while minimizing costs.
• Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure optimal performance of equipment and minimize downtime.
• Analyze production data and generate reports to support decision-making and drive operational excellence.Coordinate with other departments, including supply chain, engineering, and sales, to align manufacturing processes with business objectives.

Profile

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Plastics, Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing.
• 5+ years of supervisory or managerial experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
• Strong knowledge of textile production processes, machinery, and quality control standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in manufacturing software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
