Manufacturing Manager - Industrial - Rochester, NH
In this Manufacturing Manager role, you will be responsible for overseeing production operations, driving process improvements, and ensuring optimal efficiency across multiple value streams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, lean manufacturing, and quality control, with the ability to lead teams and implement best practices.

Description
The Manufacturing Manager will report directly into the Director of Engineering, and you will be responsible for:
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and efficiency goals are met.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
- Lead, mentor, and train production teams to maintain a high-performance work culture.
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations, ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain consistent product quality and resolve production issues.
- Manage production schedules, inventory levels, and raw material usage to meet demand while minimizing costs.
- Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure optimal performance of equipment and minimize downtime.
- Analyze production data and generate reports to support decision-making and drive operational excellence.Coordinate with other departments, including supply chain, engineering, and sales, to align manufacturing processes with business objectives.

Profile
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Plastics, Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing.
- 5+ years of supervisory or managerial experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Strong knowledge of textile production processes, machinery, and quality control standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in manufacturing software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
