Superintendent- Public Projects
The Superintendent will oversee day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects, ensuring schedules, safety, quality, and budgets are met. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong subcontractor coordination skills and experience delivering ground-up and/or interior commercial projects, with public project exposure viewed as a plus.

Description
Manage all on-site construction activities from project start through closeout
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, inspectors, and vendors
Enforce jobsite safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA requirements
Maintain project schedules, daily reports, and site logistics
Conduct site meetings and communicate progress with project managers and stakeholders
Ensure work is performed in accordance with plans, specifications, and quality standards
Interface with municipalities and inspectors, particularly on public or government-funded projects when applicable
Profile
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
Proven experience overseeing ground-up or major renovation commercial projects
Public sector or municipal project experience is a strong plus
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Experience working in the South Florida market preferred
