Description

The Project Manager - Large-Scale Government & Security Projects will have the following responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee large-scale government and federal construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
• Lead the planning, design, and execution of projects, ensuring compliance with safety, security, and regulatory standards.
• Utilize project management tools such as Procore or P6 to track project progress, manage schedules, and coordinate resources.
• Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Communicate effectively with senior leadership and clients, providing updates and addressing any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Profile

The Project Manager - Large-Scale Government & Security Projects will have:

• 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on government, federal, and SCIF-related construction projects.
• Strong understanding of large-scale projects (projects $5M+).
• Experience with Procore or P6 project management software is a plus.
• Proven leadership and communication skills, with a track record of successfully managing multi-million-dollar projects in high-security environments.
• Ability to work in compliance with strict government and security regulations.
