Superintendent - US Travel Role - Federal/Gov Construction
My client is looking to hire a travelling federal superintendent. This role will start in DC and then have other projects across USA.

Description
- Enforce all safety policies and address violations among employees, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Ensure project completion through the Quality Management System.
- Set and communicate production objectives with trade partners and crews.
- Collaborate with PM to create and update project schedules monthly; maintain 3-week look-ahead schedules.
Profile

Experience:
- Minimum 10+ years in federal construction (15+ preferred).
- Proven historical renovation experience.

Requirements:
- U.S. Citizen.
- Familiarity with USACE EM385-1-1 safety standards, hazard identification, and compliance.
- Software: RMS, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office
Superintendent must be okay with national travel.
Job Offer
Salary:
- Superintendent II: $110K-$170K
- Superintendent I: $135K-$200K
- Includes car allowance.
- Bonus: 10% performance-based.
