Description

The Estimator - Commercial Construction will:

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
• Review project plans, specifications, and requirements to determine project scope and costs.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information.
• Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and provide value engineering solutions.
• Analyze and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers for accuracy and competitiveness.
• Maintain and update a database of construction costs and materials.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with budgeted costs.
• Prepare and present cost reports to stakeholders as required.
