HR / Payroll Coordinator | Hampden County, MA | 50 - 60K

Client Details

We're working with a Massachusetts based manufacturing company that is seeking an HR / Payroll Coordinator to support their fast paced Human Resources department. The role is based in Hampden County, MA based (5 days on-site) at a global manufacturing company. Salary is $50K - 60K + a great benefits package!

Description

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of weekly payroll.
• Accurately maintain employee records including, sick time, accruals, time sheets, etc.
• Assist with employee compliance.
• Input payroll and HR data, including tax-related transactions into HRIS system.
• Stay informed of federal, state, and local payroll tax laws and regulations.
• Be the on-site contact for employee questions regarding payroll and onboarding.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
• Thorough understanding of payroll procedures.
• Working experience with paylocity and kronos are a bonus.
• 2+ years of experience as an HR / Payroll Coordinator, ideally within a unionized manufacturing setting.
• Ability to communicate internally and externally with employees at all levels.

Job Offer

• Salary: $50K - 63K.
• 5 days on site in Holyoke, MA.
