Description

• Manage all accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger activities.
• Prepare and present accurate financial reports to leadership for strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal controls.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to support operational goals.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering professional development and growth.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support audits and implement recommendations for continuous improvement.

Profile

A successful Divisional Controller should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in accounting, ideally within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to lead and inspire a team effectively.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience within the business services industry is a plus.
