Medical Device - Manufacturing Engineer- Milford, MA
As a CNC Machining/Manufacturing Engineer, you will provide hands-on engineering support, focusing on continuous improvement, process implementation, and advanced troubleshooting. This role will also involve integrating new products, processes, and equipment to drive growth in a dynamic, high-tech manufacturing environment.

Description
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with R&D, Operations, and Quality teams to develop and sustain streamlined, effective manufacturing processes.
- Design and validate tooling, fixtures, and equipment to ensure optimal machining performance.
- Identify and resolve issues, while continuously refining existing processes and equipment for greater efficiency.
- Oversee the insourcing of new parts and the selection/qualification of equipment (IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Enhance product line layout, workflow, and quality to drive overall operational efficiency.
- Spearhead cost-reduction efforts and lead the creation of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
Profile
Ideal Candidate:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a Technical or Engineering discipline.
- Experience: Strong background in CNC machining process development, automation, and programming.
- Skills: Proficiency in Six Sigma, Kaizen, DMAIC, tooling and fixture design, SolidWorks, SPC, GD&T, and process yield improvement analytics.
- Experience working with international teams and willingness to travel.
- Familiarity with cobot integration, machine monitoring, and learning systems.
- Knowledge of PLC programming, troubleshooting, and HMI/SCADA.
- Background in Quality Control and inspection processes.
