Description
- Project Support: Assist Project Managers in planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Coordination: Liaise with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication.
- Documentation: Maintain project records, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders, using tools like Procore and Bluebeam.
- Site Visits: Conduct periodic site visits to monitor progress and address any on-site issues.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Profile
- Experience: 2+ years in a GC or CM environment with exposure to multifamily, life sciences, or tenant interiors projects.
- Education: Technical degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Procore, MS Office, and Bluebeam; strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Location: Must be commutable to Cambridge, MA.
Job Offer
- Base Salary: Up to $95K.
