Client Details

A highly respected real estate developer with an impressive track record in delivering exceptional multifamily communities across the region. Due to continued growth and an active development pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join their team and lead the construction of a new ground-up multifamily project.

Description

• Oversee all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through project completion.
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site safety to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate closely with project management, design teams, and ownership to ensure quality standards are met or exceeded.
• Proactively identify and resolve site issues to keep work progressing smoothly.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and compliance with all regulations.

Profile

• Proven track record as a Superintendent on ground-up multifamily projects (100+ units).
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, building codes, and safety requirements.
• Effective leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and build strong relationships with trades.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain composure under pressure.
