Ground Up Construction Superintendent - Long Island, NY
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee ground-up projects on Long Island. You'll manage all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Description
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of ground-up construction projects from start to finish.
- Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and the construction team to ensure project goals are met.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, local codes, and project specifications.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and resolve any on-site issues that may arise.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in ground-up construction, with a background in commercial or municipal projects. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, along with a dedication to long-term career development.
