Sales Representative
We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This position will primarily focus on new business development and driving sales growth. As an integral part of our expansion strategy, the ideal candidate will be a skilled 'hunter,' able to identify and pursue new leads, establish strong customer relationships, and close sales that will help scale our operations.

Description
- Business Development: Proactively seek and identify new sales opportunities within the Northeast region. Build and manage a robust pipeline of potential clients by leveraging various lead generation strategies.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and expand market presence for the company's products, including labels and packaging solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with prospects and clients. Maintain ongoing communication to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Cycle Management: Own the full sales process, from initial prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals and negotiating contracts.
- Market Research: Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify emerging opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with product offerings and ensure seamless customer onboarding.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights. Meet or exceed established sales targets and KPIs.
Profile
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a strong focus on new business development and hunting for new clients.
- Experience in the label manufacturing or packaging industry is a strong plus, though not required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (Northeast region).
- A proactive and strategic mindset with a relentless drive to close sales and grow the business.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
