Senior Project Manager- Ground Up Construction

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager in Ground Up Construction to oversee, direct, and manage the execution of a variety of construction projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to drive project plans and teams.

Description

• Lead, manage, and coordinate all phases of one or more projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Maintain high standards of construction project quality, health and safety, and environmental management.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, designers, consultants and subcontractors.
• Oversee financial aspects of contracts to protect the company's interests while maintaining good relationships with the client.
• Prepare regular project status reports and maintain project documentation.
• Ensure construction projects run according to schedule and budget.
• Develop and implement project strategies and construction plans.
• Actively participate in industry, client and community relations to enhance company image.

Profile

A successful 'Senior Project Manager- Ground Up Construction' should have:

• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in managing ground up construction projects.
