Description

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle
• Manage healthcare construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
• Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors
• Ensure adherence to quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site
• Implement project communication plan
• Resolve issues, problems, and changes in project
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status

Profile

A successful 'Superintendent - Healthcare Construction' should have:

• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience in healthcare construction
• Proficient knowledge of construction methodologies and procedures
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to make critical decisions under pressure
