Description
- Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
- Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
- Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists.
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards.
- Respond to work delays and other problems and emergencies.

Profile
A successful Project Superintendent should have:
- Proven working experience in construction management.
- Proven ability to manage day-to-day construction operations and adhere to deadlines.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Commitment to safety and quality on all job sites.
- Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
- Expertise in building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
- Understanding of all facets of the construction process
Job Offer
The Superintendent - Multifamily - Charlotte will receive:
