Description
The Project Manager - Light Industrial/ Commercial - Greenville will be responsible for:
- Analyze plans, specifications, and client requirements to ensure project alignment.
- Submit RFIs to address field issues and resolve plan discrepancies.
- Manage the processing, review, and tracking of submittals.
- Evaluate design and shop drawings for potential impacts on cost and schedule.
- Draft detailed scope of work letters for subcontractors.
- Initiate change orders for the Owner and solicit bids from subcontractors.
- Develop estimates and prepare detailed cost breakdowns for client review.
- Maintain and update procurement, submittal, and RFI logs.
- Assist with schedule development and monitor daily production progress.
- Facilitate communication between design and construction teams.
- Lead and mentor project management staff, fostering growth and collaboration.

Job Offer
The Project Manager - Light Industrial/ Commercial - Greenville will receive:
- Base salary contingent on experience, ranging roughly $90,000-$140,000
- Vehicle or Vehicle Allowance
- Incentivized Bonus Structure
