Our client is a reputable mid-sized antibody Bio-tech Contract Research Outsourcing(CRO) in the Life Science industry. Based in Cambridge, they are focus to research and innovation, delivering cutting-edge antibody solutions to therapeutic companies.

Description

• Direct and oversee all aspects of the organisation's operational and fiscal activities.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to meet business goals
• Build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders.
• Ensure the organisation's compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
• Represent the company in industry events and public meetings.

Profile

A successful CEO should have:

• An advanced degree PhD, MD in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A tenure of the Life Science industry and its current trends. Proven ability to inspire and motivate a team from CRO company.
• Strong strategic planning and business development skills.
• Excellent people and public speaking skills.

Job Offer

• A potential salary in the range of $300,000 - $350,000. plus performance bonus.
