Assistant Superintendent - Multifamily - Revere, MA
We are seeking an Assistant Superintendent to join a prestigious, large-scale luxury multifamily project in Revere, MA. This 8-story, $100M+ development consists of 350 units located near the beautiful Revere Beach. The project has approximately 1.5 years remaining, and additional exciting projects are on the horizon in Allston and Mystic.

Description
Assistant Superintendent - Multifamily - Revere, MA - Responsibilities
- Assist the Superintendent in managing day-to-day operations on the construction site.
- Oversee the coordination of subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
- Ensure safety and compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies on site.
- Monitor and enforce the construction schedule, tracking progress and addressing any delays or issues.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain detailed records for daily activities, inspections, and progress.
- Support quality control efforts to ensure construction is completed according to specifications.
- Assist in resolving any on-site issues, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines and goals.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Management team to provide updates and maintain effective communication.

Job Offer
Assistant Superintendent - Multifamily - Revere, MA - Will receive
- Salary ranging from 90,000 - 100,000 (based on experience)
