Sr Superintendent - Multifamily Construction - Greenville SC

Seeking a Senior Superintendent with experience leading Multifamily projects from start to finish. Their 1st project will be a 200+ unit Multifamily Development kicking off in August 2025. This role is responsible for supervising all on-site personnel and subcontractors to ensure daily operations are executed efficiently and projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with contract requirements.

Description

Senior Superintendent - Multifamily Construction - Greenville SC Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records and generate reports related to personnel, productivity, project updates, and other key operational data.

• Oversee and coordinate daily field operations, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.

• Interpret construction drawings to plan and execute project tasks effectively.

• Take an active role in job site safety by conducting regular site walks, participating in inspections and training's, and engaging with both staff and subcontractors.

• Track overall project and site progress, reviewing team practices to promote consistency, efficiency, and high-quality outcomes.

Profile

Senior Superintendent - Multifamily Construction - Greenville SC Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Construction experience
• 1+ years experience leading a Multifamily project from start to finish
• Familiarity with Procore
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills

Job Offer
