Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies for corporate and operational departments align with organizational goals.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Partner with department leaders to identify hiring needs and create effective job descriptions.
• Leverage data analytics to track recruitment metrics and improve hiring outcomes.
• Lead and mentor the talent acquisition team to achieve performance objectives.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors and platforms.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws throughout the hiring process.

Profile

A successful Director of TA should have:

• At least 7 years of TA experience in a senior capacity.
• Ability to go 5 days on site.
• Previous Director experience.
• Strong understanding of recruitment tools and platforms.
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Capability to analyze data and drive decisions based on key performance metrics.
