Description

• Develop, update, and maintain accurate Revit models and associated documentation for retail construction projects.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure design intent is fully captured in the models.
• Coordinate with multiple disciplines to detect and resolve clashes and conflicts in the design phase using BIM coordination tools.
• Produce construction drawings, schedules, and quantity takeoffs as required.
• Support project teams by providing timely updates to BIM models reflecting design changes and construction progress.
• Assist in developing BIM standards and best practices specific to retail construction workflows.
• Participate in project meetings to provide technical support and BIM coordination insights.

Profile

• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit, including family creation, advanced modeling, and worksharing capabilities.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Revit Specialist or BIM Coordinator in the construction industry.
• Prior experience working on retail construction projects is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of construction processes and terminology related to retail and commercial build-outs.
• Familiarity with clash detection software (Navisworks, BIM 360, or similar).
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Degree or certification in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is a plus.
