Reporting into a Lead Superintendent the Framing Superintendent will be responsible for:
- Oversee and coordinate all framing activities on large multifamily projects to ensure schedule, quality, and safety standards are met
- Manage framing subcontractors, manpower planning, and daily site operations
- Work closely with the lead superintendent to support overall project execution
- Track progress, identify issues early, and help drive solutions in the field
- Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with project requirements
- Assist with quality control oversight.
- Assist with field office document control.
- Assist with creating look-ahead schedules.
- Monitor and track site deliveries.
- Verify all materials, equipment, and installation are in compliance with approved submittals and contract documents.
Profile
The successful Framing Superintendent will have the following experience
- 2+ years of hands‑on framing leadership experience, ideally as a framing foreman or assistant superintendent
- Background in multifamily framing, preferably on buildings with 75+ units
- Ready to transition into or further develop within a GC superintendent role
- Motivated to grow long‑term with a builder and take on increasing responsibility
- Strong communicator with the ability to lead crews and collaborate with senior field leadership
- Strong time management skills, adaptable with ability to manage multiple priorities & meet deadlines, and keen attention to detail

- Base salary up to $120K
