Michael Page have partnered with a well established residential home builder looking to increase their market share in the Dallas market. As a result of this projected growth our client is looking for a Division President to lead all construction, sales, warranty and purchasing for a projected pipeline of 1,000 - 1,500 homes annually.

As a result of this projected growth our client is looking for a Division President to lead all construction, sales, warranty and purchasing for a projected pipeline of 1,000 - 1,500 homes annually.
Description
The Division President will be responsible for leading the firms proposed growth plans as well as being solely responsible for all Project Management,Team Management, Scheduling, Sub Contractor Management and new process implementation. Alongside this your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Operational Oversight: oversee all operational activities of the company, including project management, scheduling, procurement, quality control, safety, and logistics.
- Manage construction operations teams to ensure construction timelines are kept and ensure on time deliveries.
- Lead all ground up construction projects from planning, scheduling, design and construction
- Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports.
- Determine labor requirements and works with field personnel and purchasing to meet objectives.
- Manages the new home starts process to ensure delivery of permits to meet the business plan
- Work directly with the Purchasing Department to ensure bid process are followed and contracts are complete prior to opening new communities.
- Coordinate logistics with Purchasing to ensure timely deliveries of materials.
- Oversee Costing/Estimating to ensure construction details are incorporated within the scope of work on all vendor contracts.
Profile
The Division President must have a significant track record of senior Construction Management and leadership positions focused on construction, operations, purchasing and warranty and had experience of leading teams of Superintendents and Project Managers. Alongside this the successful candidate must have
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Related Degree
- 15 years (minimum) of executive leadership experience focused solely on residential homebuilding
- Experience of managing multiple departments including construction, purchasing, warranty and Sales
- High volume production home building ground up construction experience
- Dallas based construction market experience
- Solid Construction Planning Scheduling and Project Management experience
- Track record of process improvement, (On-site and Operational Processes
Job Offer
In return my client will offer a fantastic package that will include:
- Base Salary of $200,000 - 265,000
- 401k
- Health care and a lucrative Commission and Bonus package based on home closings, % of sale price and Customer Service Metrics.
