As an Estimator, you will play a key role in shaping the success of projects ranging from $1.3M to $1.5M, particularly in the restaurant, retail, and fitness club sectors.
You will manage the full bid process independently, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness while adhering to project timelines and client requirements.
Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for all trade divisions.
Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to create comprehensive bids.
Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather necessary pricing and scope details.
Identify and mitigate potential risks during the preconstruction phase.
Stay updated on industry trends and local market conditions to ensure competitive pricing.

Description
As an Estimator, you will play a key role in shaping the success of projects ranging from $1.3M to $1.5M, particularly in the restaurant, retail, and fitness club sectors. You will manage the full bid process independently, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness while adhering to project timelines and client requirements.
- Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for all trade divisions.
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to create comprehensive bids.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather necessary pricing and scope details.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks during the preconstruction phase.
- Stay updated on industry trends and local market conditions to ensure competitive pricing.
Profile
- Experience: 7+ years of estimating experience, with expertise in all trade divisions for restaurants, retail, and/or fitness clubs.
- Proven Ability: Successfully bid projects valued at $1.3M-$1.5M independently.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
- Communication Skills: Ability to work effectively with teams, subcontractors, and clients.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with estimating software and tools.
Job Offer
- Base Salary: $100k - $130k, depending on experience
