Description

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of lab and life sciences construction projects.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress to ensure alignment with goals.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to address project needs.
• Support the preparation of project documentation, including reports and contracts.
• Help identify and mitigate potential project risks to maintain smooth operations.
• Facilitate regular site visits to ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards.
• Track and manage project changes, ensuring timely updates to all relevant parties.
• Provide administrative support to project managers and senior leadership as needed.

Profile

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:
