Construction Superintendent
We are looking for a skilled Construction Superintendent to manage and oversee construction projects in Pittsburgh, PA, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with extensive experience in managing field operations, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining high-quality standards on large-scale construction sites.

Description
Oversee day-to-day operations of construction sites to ensure smooth workflow, safety, and adherence to project schedules.
Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to meet quality and timeline objectives.
Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure proper implementation.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, address potential issues, and enforce safety and compliance standards.
Maintain effective communication with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project success.
Ensure adherence to all local building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
Profile
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a construction superintendent with a proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve challenges quickly and efficiently.
A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
