Description

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, from initiation to closeout.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, addressing any deviations or challenges proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and healthcare-specific regulations.
• Prepare and present regular project updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency in project delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong professional relationships.

Profile

• Proven experience overseeing commercial, higher education, healthcare, or multifamily construction projects.
• Experience overseeing large ground-up commercial or multifamily construction projects, as well as overseeing large scale, complex renovation projects
• Strong expertise in construction management principles
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail to ensure project success.
