Senior Construction Project Manager
The Senior Construction Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of diverse projects, including multifamily, higher education, healthcare, and commercial construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Description
- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, from initiation to closeout.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, addressing any deviations or challenges proactively.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and healthcare-specific regulations.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency in project delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong professional relationships.
Profile
- Proven experience overseeing commercial, higher education, healthcare, or multifamily construction projects.
- Experience overseeing large ground-up commercial or multifamily construction projects, as well as overseeing large scale, complex renovation projects
- Strong expertise in construction management principles
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail to ensure project success.
