Superintendent - Public Projects - Raleigh

Seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Superintendent to oversee public construction projects in Raleigh . The ideal candidate will excel in coordinating all construction activities and ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Description

• Supervise all construction activities and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Manage and coordinate with subcontractors and construction team members effectively.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and protocols.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly.
• Liaise with project stakeholders to provide status updates and resolve any concerns.
• Review and approve project reports and documentation.
• Foster a positive working environment and uphold the company's high-quality standards.

Profile

• 5+ years of Site Superintendent experience
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field
• OSHA 30 certificate or ability to attain it within 12 months of hire.
• Experience with public projects
• Experience with scheduling
• Proficient in MS Office Platforms and Procore
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to influence, negotiate and drive project schedules
• Knowledge of all elements of commercial construction and understanding of skilled trades.
