Description

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities for federal projects.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and adherence to federal standards.
• Address and resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
• Oversee the implementation of safety protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with the project management team to achieve project goals.

A successful Traveling Superintendent should have:

• A solid understanding of federal construction processes and standards.
• Ability and want to travel full time
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage on-site teams effectively.
• Proven ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and federal compliance requirements.
• A proactive approach to ensuring project quality and efficiency.

Job Offer

• Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 - $130,000 USD, based on experience.
