Description
- Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities for federal projects.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and adherence to federal standards.
- Address and resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
- Oversee the implementation of safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with the project management team to achieve project goals.

Profile
A successful Traveling Superintendent should have:
- A solid understanding of federal construction processes and standards.
- Ability and want to travel full time
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage on-site teams effectively.
- Proven ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and federal compliance requirements.
- A proactive approach to ensuring project quality and efficiency.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 - $130,000 USD, based on experience.
