Reputable Commercial General Contractor, based in Woburn MA, is looking for a PM to join their team!
They specialize in both public & private projects - primarily commercial, multifamily, residential - but work across several markets!
The firm will tackle any project large or small ranging from a $500K fit out to a ground up multi-million dollar multifamily build. They pride themselves on craftsmanship and integrity.

Description
The Project Manager is responsible for:
- Working out of the office in Woburn, MA
- Leading and managing multiple construction projects ranging up to multi-million dollars in value
- Overseeing/developing all aspects of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery
- Directing and mentoring APM & teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
- Coordinating with suppliers, clients, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain effective communication and project alignment - ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Implementing and monitoring quality control and safety standards across all project phases
- Managing project budgets, costs, and resources to maximize efficiency and profitability
- Monitoring project progress, identifying issues, and implementing solutions to keep projects on track
- Preparing and maintaining project documentation
- Supporting the preparation of project status reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Project financial management, including budget tracking and cost control
- Regular project meetings and communicating project updates to team members
Profile
The right candidate will have:
- 4+ years of experience in Commercial Construction Project Management with a GC
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
- Preferably public or multifamily experience but open to strong commercial background
- Has a proven track record of managing projects from initiation through completion within scope, budget, and timeline
- Proficient with Procore
- Commutable to Metrowest area
- Exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality standards
- Commitment to teamwork and collaboration
Job Offer
