We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee healthcare construction projects in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in managing large-scale healthcare facilities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and under budget.

Description

  • Lead and manage healthcare construction projects from concept through completion, ensuring all work is completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with healthcare construction standards and regulations.
  • Develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines, and monitor performance against these benchmarks.
  • Oversee all construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards specific to healthcare facilities.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, promoting a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders, addressing any project risks or delays.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record in healthcare facility construction.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare-specific regulations, including AHCA (Agency for Health Care Administration) standards.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, with a focus on client relations and team collaboration.
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and familiarity with BIM technology.
