Description

The Construction General Superintendent - OSHP/ HCAI Project Work is responsible for:

• building 1 large OSHPD project (live hospital campus) over $50 million in value
• managing an APM dedicated to project paperwork, RFIs, etc. on the specific project
• serving as the primary face of the business with the architect, client, and subcontractors
• managing the budget and overseeing the schedule, in coordination with the Superintendent

Profile

The right Construction General Superintendent - OSHP/ HCAI Project Work has:

• at least 5 years of construction project management experience
• at least 1 ground up hospital or OSHPD-1 project experience
• a background building projects over $30 million in value
• communication skills, both written and verbal
• strong client-facing abilities and represents the employer well at all times
• a Bachelor's Degree

Job Offer

The Construction General Superintendent - OSHP/ HCAI Project Work receives:

• base salary up to $170,000
• car allowance ($1,000 monthly)
• PTO
• health insurance and dental insurance
• discretionary bonus paid annually
