Corporate Recruiter - Retail - $120k-$140k - Flatbush, BK
The Corporate Recruiter role in the retail industry involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process while ensuring the best talent is secured for the organization. This position is based in Brooklyn and offers an opportunity to contribute to the human resources department in a meaningful way. You'll be the face of the brand for corporate hires, helping attract candidates in a competitive market!

Client Details
Our client is a large fashion retailer with a strong presence across the U.S. They are well-established and have decades of success with a reputation of financial stability. They maintain a fast-paced, high-volume environment and are full-time on-site in the Flatbush, Brooklyn area.
As a Corporate Recruiter, you'll manage full-cycle recruitment for functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing, Merchandising, and Operations. This role focuses on recruiting for corporate office positions, not retail field roles.
You'll partner closely with department leaders to understand hiring needs, source top talent, and deliver a seamless candidate experience. You'll also maintain compliance with company policies and employment regulations, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and represent the organization throughout the candidate experience. In this role, you'll play a critical part in shaping the corporate team that drives business success.
Candidates must go on-site five days a week in the Flatbush, Brooklyn area.
Description
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain and update job descriptions to reflect current needs and requirements.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and company policies during the recruitment process.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment progress and metrics.
- Strengthen employer branding through engaging recruitment campaigns and outreach efforts.
- Stay updated on industry hiring trends to ensure competitive recruitment practices.

Profile
A successful Corporate Recruiter should have:
- A background in the retail industry or a related field.
