Project Manager - Commercial Construction - Boylston MA

The Project Manager will take full ownership of construction projects, working closely with the estimating team and leadership to manage ground-up builds. My client, a well-established general contractor based in Boylston, MA, has been a trusted name in construction for nearly 50 years. They specialize in ground-up building projects, having completed over 1,000 projects across Massachusetts. Their diverse portfolio includes commercial, manufacturing, multifamily, automotive, and industrial buildings. Known for exceptional client relationships, they boast a high rate of repeat business, with some clients having commissioned over 30 buildings. Description

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
• Lead and mentor project teams.

Profile

Preferred Background:

• 10+ years of Project Management experience.
• Strong background in ground-up construction projects.
• Experience in conceptual estimating and design-build processes is a plus.

Location Requirements:

• Must be commutable to Boylston, MA.

• Base Salary: Up to $150,000, based on experience.
