Description

CMM Programmer:

• Program CMM routines using PC-DMIS for machined components at all process stages
• Ensure quality inspections align with GD&T and blueprint specifications
• Maintain inspection documentation, measurement data, and non-conformance records
• Collaborate with manufacturing and quality engineers to address issues and implement corrective actions
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in inspection and quality processes
• Assist in training inspectors on CMM operation and quality standards
• Utilize root cause analysis to investigate quality issues and prevent recurrence

Profile

CMM Programmer:

• 6+ years in CMM programming or quality assurance
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and GD&T
• Skilled in manual layout inspection and machining processes
• Aerospace experience with nickel, titanium, or aluminum preferred
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Adaptable, detail-oriented, and proactive in a fast-paced environment
