Senior Project Manager - Commercial - Cranston, RI - Responsibilities

• Manage multiple smaller projects at once, with a focus on ensuring that each project meets timelines, budget requirements, and quality expectations.
• Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including planning, procurement, coordination, and closeout.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and project teams, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of any issues.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Review and approve project submittals, RFIs, change orders, and invoices.
• Ensure that all projects comply with safety standards and regulations, including OSHA and other relevant guidelines.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to promote long-term partnerships and future business opportunities.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and staff, promoting professional development and a collaborative team environment.

Profile

Senior Project Manager - Commercial - Cranston, RI - Will have

• 5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing multiple smaller projects simultaneously.
• Strong background in commercial and public sector construction projects (no multifamily experience required).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and managing subcontractors and vendors.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, etc.).
• Familiarity with both renovation and ground-up construction projects.
• Must be commutable to Cranston, RI and available to travel to project sites in MA, RI, and CT (primarily southern MA).
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Job Offer
