Superintendent - Northern Suburbs

The Superintendent will manage Tenant Improvement and office renovation projects in the Gurnee and Northern Suburban markets. This role is ideal for someone who values autonomy, consistent work, and the ability to develop lasting relationships with building owners and tenants.

Description

• Lead onsite construction for interiors and TI projects in the Gurnee area.
• Manage schedules, subcontractors, safety protocols, and quality.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and stakeholders to keep projects on track.
• Handle RFIs, daily logs, and jobsite documentation.
• Conduct walkthroughs, punch lists, and ensure smooth project closeouts.

Profile

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial interiors or TI projects.
• Strong ability to manage sites with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, safety, and sequencing.
• Experience with field technology tools (Procore a plus).
