Description
- Oversee multifamily construction project manager projects from pre-construction through closeout.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with contract documents, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Lead project teams, including engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors.
- Proactively identify and resolve project risks and challenges.
- Communicate effectively with owners, architects, and all project stakeholders.
Profile
- 5+ years of experience managing construction projects (multifamily or commercial TI preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination.
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or other construction management software (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
