Description

• Oversee multifamily construction project manager projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with contract documents, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Lead project teams, including engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors.
• Proactively identify and resolve project risks and challenges.
• Communicate effectively with owners, architects, and all project stakeholders.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience managing construction projects (multifamily or commercial TI preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or other construction management software (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
