Traveling Superintendent
We're looking for a highly motivated Traveling Superintendent to join our dynamic team and oversee multiple projects across the Midwest, Southeast, and Carolinas. Must be open to travel to the Midwest, Southeast and the Carolinas with scheduled return home every 3 weeks.

Description
Lead on-site construction management for data center and warehouse projects
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure timely and quality delivery
Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and project specifications
Travel frequently within the assigned regions to supervise project progress and resolve issues
- Must be open to travel to the Midwest, Southeast and the Carolinas with scheduled return home every 3 weeks.
Profile
Proven experience as a Superintendent in data center and warehouse construction up to $100M
- MEP experience in the data center/warehouse/technical building
Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Midwest, Southeast, and Carolinas
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
