Salesforce Product Owner
We seek a Salesforce Product Owner who will focus on enhancing and optimizing our client's Salesforce platform to meet business needs and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Salesforce, specifically Pardot, and a deep understanding of product ownership in an agile environment.

Description
- Act as the product owner for Salesforce projects, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to implementation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, sales, and marketing teams, to define and prioritize product features and requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear Salesforce solutions, managing the product backlog and working with development teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Ensure the successful integration of Pardot with Salesforce, provide ongoing user support and training, and assess performance for continuous improvement.
THIS POSITION REQUIRES 3-DAYS ONSITE PER WEEK IN NYC!
Profile
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Product Owner or in a similar role, with strong expertise in Salesforce, Pardot, and marketing automation.
- Proficient in agile environments, managing backlogs, defining user stories, and driving projects forward independently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving abilities, with prior experience in a hybrid or in-office work model preferred.
