My client is a long‑established U.S. manufacturer specializing in engineered solutions for mission‑critical applications across highly regulated industries. The Senior Process Engineer will report directly into the VP of Engineering and be responsible for:
- Establish stable, repeatable, and efficient production on a newly installed manufacturing line.
- Define and refine parameters (angle, carrier configuration, coverage, tension, PPI, etc.) to meet stringent performance requirements (pressure, impulse life, flexibility, etc.).
- Troubleshoot directly on the production floor, partnering with operators and maintenance to improve equipment reliability and output.
- Support or lead qualification testing, including proof, burst, impulse, temperature cycling, and other validation activities.
- Ensure processes comply with all applicable quality, regulatory, and customer standards.
- Provide technical leadership across manufacturing, engineering, and new product development.

Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 7-10+ years in high-spec manufacturing environments.
- Deep understanding of reinforcement design and its impact on performance.
- Proven success developing manufacturing documentation and standard work.
- Experience supporting or leading product qualification or validation testing.
- Strong shop‑floor troubleshooting skills and a collaborative working style.
