Description
The Lead Superintendent - Local $30M+ Projects - Fayetteville will be responsible for:
- Leading day‑to‑day field operations from project start through closeout
- Managing and coordinating subcontractors, superintendents, and field staff
- Driving project schedules, sequencing, and productivity
- Enforcing strict safety standards and company policies onsite
- Coordinating closely with Project Managers to control quality and costs
- Conducting inspections, resolving field issues, and maintaining progress reporting
- Representing the company professionally with owners, architects, and inspectors
Profile
The Lead Superintendent - Local $30M+ Projects - Fayetteville will have:
- 6+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
- Proven experience delivering ground‑up commercial projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills
- Deep understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing
- A hands‑on, proactive leadership style with a safety‑first mindset
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and complex site logistics
