Description

• Oversee all on-site construction operations for municipal and community-based projects, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and schedule requirements.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field logistics to maintain efficient workflows and meet project milestones.
• Conduct regular site inspections, resolve field issues promptly, and enforce project plans, codes, and specifications.
• Maintain clear communication with project managers, architects, and owners to ensure alignment throughout all phases of construction.

Profile

• Proven track record overseeing complex ground-up construction projects
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills with a focus on safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Proficient in interpreting blueprints, project specifications, and construction schedules to ensure smooth field operations.
• Excellent communicator with proven ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and collaborate with project stakeholders.
