Looking for a lead Superintendent on a project breaking ground on at the end of March. This Superintendent has to have project experience on high rise residential buildings over 15 stories. They need to embody the clients core values.

Description
- Ability to keep the project timeline
- Well organized
- Able to motivate team to get the job done with quality and on budget
- 100% on site on either the Detroit or Ann Arbor sites (can choose which project)
Profile
REQUIRED :
- 15-20 years of construction experience
- Anything to do with cast and place concrete or steel structures
- $30M+ projects as a lead superintendent
- ProCore, Microsoft Project Planner
Nice to have :
- College Degree

Salary Based on Experience!
$115,000-$135,000
$600 /Month Car allowance
