5 days onsite in NYC (Midtown Manhattan) - some travel required
$100k-$125k + bonus and great benefits
Description
Manage complex and ever-changing calendars, including scheduling meetings across time zones and prioritizing time-sensitive requests
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and expense reporting
Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining discretion and professionalism
Provide personal support including errands, household/vendor coordination, reservations, and special requests
Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of integrity
Assist with special projects and event coordination as needed
Be available for occasional travel to support the executive on-location
Profile
5+ years of experience in a PA/EA role, ideally supporting a senior executive in finance, investment, or professional services
High level of discretion, judgment, and professionalism
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
A self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to stay several steps ahead
Comfortable working in a high-touch, fully onsite environment in Midtown Manhattan
Job Offer
$100k-$125k base salary + bonus
