Senior Project Manager- Public Works Construction
The Senior Project Manager- Public Works Construction will oversee all phases of complex ground-up and renovation projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves leading teams, managing client relationships, and driving project success from preconstruction through closeout throughout Los Angeles.

Description
Key responsibilities of a Senior Project Manager- Public Works Construction:
Lead and manage all phases of building and construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Oversee building and construction project budgets, schedules, and contracts to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
Direct and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with Los Angeles safety standards, quality control, and company best practices.
Profile
A successful Senior Project Manager- Public Works Construction candidate will have:
Proven track record managing large-scale commercial and/or education projects from start to finish in Los Angeles or surrounding areas.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor project teams.
Excellent client-facing communication and relationship-building abilities.
Deep knowledge of building and construction means, methods, contracts, and financial management.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in solving problems and driving results.
