Manufacturing Team Lead- Industrial- Walpole, MA

The Lead Manufacturing Engineer will have one direct report and oversee all manufacturing efforts through process changes and design. The candidate will report directly to the engineering fellow and have full control of innovation of new and existing technologies.

A leading innovator in the measurement technology space. They currently have over 100+ people onsite in their facility in Massachusetts and seeking a key individual to develop manufacturing processes for a growing product line for an essential product in everyone's day to day life.

Description

The Manufacturing Team Lead will be responsible for:

• Oversee one direct report
• Hands on engineering will managing outside accounts and new projects
• Reporting directly to the Engineering Fellow to collaborate across several different areas in the business
• Creative control of lean process, process improvements and more
• Assist with production team on a daily basis

Profile

The successful Manufacturing Team Lead will have MOST of what follows:

• BS in Engineering field
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing environment (any industry)
• Welding and machining background is a MUST
• Innovative mindset with creative and curios tendencies
