Project Manager - Enterprise Performance and Change Risk

We seek a Project Manager to manage the project life cycle, from strategic planning to delivery, including the development of target state business processes and the implementation of tech solutions. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in executing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives within complex financial institutions, with key responsibilities in structuring initiatives, project planning, and resource allocation.

Description

• Oversee the entire project life cycle, from strategic planning to delivery, focusing on developing target state business processes and implementing technology solutions.
• Collaborate across various functions and legal entities to effectively structure and manage projects, leveraging a deep understanding of requirements, technologies, and business strategies.
• Ensure the successful delivery of the target end state by incorporating necessary governance, redesigning business processes, and establishing appropriate controls.
• Lead the conversion of business needs into technology solutions, manage weekly status reports, maintain the program's RAID log, and facilitate daily or weekly working groups to ensure effective program delivery.

THIS IS A HYBRID POSITION, REQUIRING 3 DAYS ONSITE IN NEW YORK CITY. Profile

• Over 10 years of experience in project management.
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale, cross-functional initiatives within complex financial institutions, including expertise in structuring projects, planning, and resource allocation.
• Extensive knowledge of data-related projects, including data structures, quality checks, and reconciliation processes.
• Strong understanding of risk, finance, operations, and data processes, as well as the technologies that support them.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, complemented by superior written and verbal communication abilities for engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with a strong appreciation for multicultural environments.
