Recruitment Consultant (High Volume Administrative Recruitment)

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join our high-achieving Administrative Recruitment team. This is a 360° desk role, managing both client relationships and candidate pipelines. You'll play a key role in growing the team's market share, re-engaging previous clients, and capitalizing on a thriving market with massive potential.

Description

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from business development and client engagement to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement.
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing consultative guidance.
  • Source, screen, and interview a high volume of candidates (20+ per week) across multiple administrative functions.
  • Re-engage former clients to uncover new opportunities and expand market reach.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience, maintaining consistent communication and follow-through.
  • Negotiate offers and close placements, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties.
  • Track all activities in the CRM with meticulous attention to detail.

Profile

  • 1+ year of experience in a high-volume staffing or recruitment environment, ideally with exposure to administrative placements.
  • Proven ability to manage quick-turnaround searches while delivering quality results.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and build rapport quickly.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent follow-up skills.
  • Ambitious and target-driven, with a desire to exceed expectations and achieve top performance.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, competitive, and metrics-driven environment
